Eligible candidates are Indian nurses with a BSc Nursing or GNM diploma from an INC-recognized institution, an active State Nursing Council registration, a B1 or B2 German language certificate from Goethe-Institut, telc, or ÖSD, and a Certificate of Good Conduct.

For nurses with B2 German: 6–12 months from signup to working in Germany. This includes document preparation (4–8 weeks), recognition processing (3–6 months), job matching (2–8 weeks), and visa processing (6–12 weeks).

Yes. With B1 German, you can enter Germany on a Recognition Partnership visa (§16d para.3) and work as a Pflegehilfskraft (nursing assistant) earning €2,900–3,600 gross per month while completing B2.

No. Germany requires only German language proficiency. IELTS and OET are not accepted. You need B1 or B2 from Goethe-Institut, telc, or ÖSD.

Before. PathCore arranges video interviews with German hospital partners while you are still in India. You do NOT need to complete recognition exams before the interview — those happen after arrival.

Nursing degree/diploma, mark sheets, curriculum details, State Nursing Council registration, Certificate of Good Conduct, passport, CV, work experience certificates, German language certificate, and medical fitness certificate. All must be translated and apostilled.
